In a world that often seems chaotic and incoherent, Coherency Training is a way to restore inner balance and quiet. Simple, yet profoundly effective meditative techniques known as the Ishayas' Ascension can foster a shift to greater wisdom, clarity, and full system integration.

Definitions of the word coherency include: the state of having a natural unity, harmony, agreement of parts, logical connection or consistency. Coherency is not a word that most people would apply to their internal process or their life experience. Yet our systems were designed to function in an integrated fashion, with calmness, clarity and healthy vitality.

Virtual Coherency Training
The initial Coherency Training (First Sphere) includes instruction in the usage of four simple techniques which powerfully catalyze the release of underlying stresses, information on how the mind functions, and a look at the various states of consciousness. This training is all that is needed to begin utilizing these very effective tools in your life. Once taken, the class may be repeated as many times as desired, at no cost. Please note that you must use the 18918 address for mailing as the Vitality Center does not have a mailbox. Mail sent to that address will be returned to you by the post office.As always, the virtual Coherency Training is free to repeaters, but everyone attending will need to email Lyrea to receive the Zoom links.
Free Group Ascensions and Virtual Advanced Meetings
Anyone can join from the comfort of your home for Group Ascensions which take place 6-7 PM on the dates listed below. These are followed by a Free Virtual Advanced Meeting at 7-8 PM. Advanced Meetings are open to anyone who has completed the initial Coherency Training.

Virtual Advanced Retreat
Open to anyone who has completed the initial Coherency Training.
Please check back for next dates.
You can attend 1, 2 or 3 days. Hours will be 9 AM to 6 PM on Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM on Saturday, and 9 AM to 2 PM on Sunday. Although we will be offline during some of those hours, you are asked to be fully present and focused on Ascension for whatever days you commit to. Zoom links will be provided to registrants shortly before the retreat begins.
The fee for the virtual retreat is $108 for Friday and Saturday, or $60 for just one of those days. There is no charge for Sunday. Please note that the price of any desired advanced techniques (attitudes) is not included in this fee.
