Coherency Training
Utilize simple, yet profoundly effective meditative techniques known as the Ishayas' Ascension to restore balance, inner quiet and clarity; and move toward full system integration.

Definitions of the word coherency include: the state of having a natural unity, harmony, agreement of parts, logical connection or consistency. Coherency is not a word that most people would apply to their internal process or their life experience. Yet our systems were designed to function in an integrated fashion, with calmness, clarity and healthy vitality.
Researchers estimate that we think 50,000 to 60,000 thoughts a day. These
thoughts could be compared to constantly throwing handfuls of pebbles into an
otherwise clear pond. The pond’s surface becomes rough and disturbed, and the
waters are muddied. Similarly, if the mind is constantly dealing with a barrage
of chaotic thought, it becomes difficult to see into its depths. Many of our
thoughts are repetitive, based on long-forgotten decisions that we have made at
stressful moments in our lives. We continue to carry these persistent thoughts
forward in an unconscious manner, obscuring and limiting our present and future
experiences.
Meditation and withdrawal from daily life are sometimes suggested to ease the
extraneous activity of the mind. But our ingrained thought patterns come with us
when we physically withdraw, and it can be challenging to still the constant
chatter of the mind in order to meditate. Even if one is able to momentarily
quiet the mind, that precious stillness is often lost again as soon as one
encounters life’s usual situations.
Our previous training in life has typically not supported a coherent way of
being, but coherency is natural for us. The mind often slips into this mode on
its own. In these moments worry and fear are eased, and we feel supremely
peaceful and happy. These are our insightful and creative moments -- those times
when things seem to flow with great synchronicity. At these times, the brain
exhibits a coherent brain wave pattern that can be scientifically measured.
Coherent laser light waves function more powerfully and precisely than the light
waves from an incandescent bulb. Similarly, coherent brain function brings order
and efficiency to our systems.
In 1996, I was fortunate to learn a set of meditative techniques which
effectively facilitate this state of coherency. The techniques are tailored by
each individual, using a formula that coordinates function in the right and left
hemispheres of the brain. This draws the mind inward, providing experiences of
pure stillness that catalyze a natural cleansing and harmonizing process. The
accumulated debris of old thought patterns are gently released, freeing the
individual to live more fully and clearly in the present moment. It has been my
experience that the resulting serenity is not easily interrupted or shaken by
the stresses of everyday life. A major advantage of this system is that the
techniques are designed to be used not only as a closed-eyed meditation, but
also with the eyes open at any time during the day when one needs to return to a
state of balance. With its Eastern roots, Coherency Training was originally
taught under the name of "The Ishayas’ Ascension." Please note that the
techniques, as I am teaching them, are not affiliated with any organization, and
do not represent a religious doctrine or belief structure.
Participants find that the simple tools taught in the Coherency Training are
remarkable in their ability to effectively release stress from the system. At
first the peacefulness and quiet that is accessed may seem unspectacular, but
with regular use there are steady cumulative benefits in one’s life. Many people
find that they work more efficiently and need less sleep. The body’s natural
healing tendencies may be activated, ease and clarity restored to the mind, and
latent creative abilities may become apparent. If the mind is quiet and
receptive, greater awareness of one’s spiritual Source may also be realized. The
whole process is usually quieter, subtler and gentler than one might expect.
The training includes instruction in the usage of four simple techniques which
powerfully catalyze the release of underlying stresses, information on how the
mind functions, and a look at the various states of consciousness. This training
is all that is needed to begin utilizing these very effective tools in your
life. Once taken, the training may be repeated as many times as desired, at no
cost. Additional follow-up techniques are also available.
