Massage and Bodywork Trainings, including Traditional Thai Massage,

Lyrea
Crawford is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage
and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education Approved Provider. Lyrea is also
recognized as an instructor by the Thai Healing Alliance International (THAI),
and the Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 200, RYA 500). Her
comprehensive background includes studies at several schools in Thailand.
Classes range from a few hours to several days, depending on the topic.
Coherency Training / The Ishayas' Ascension
Upcoming classes at locations in Wisconsin
and Minnesota. Restore balance, inner quiet and clarity; and move toward full
system integration with a set of simple, yet profoundly effective meditative
techniques.
Aligned for Vitality
Explorations based primarily on the principles of
therapeutic yoga. This link includes trainings for the general public, and NCBTMB approved CE hours for Massage Therapists
which focus specifically on the anatomy of alignment. Lyrea is a Yoga Alliance
instructor (E-RYT 200, RYA 500).

Lyrea is a Wisconsin licensed and nationally certified (NCBTMB) Massage Therapist/Bodyworker
with quite a few related areas of expertise. She offers individual sessions for relaxation and therapeutic treatment of
holding patterns that may be causing pain, discomfort or dis-ease. Elements from
Traditional Thai Massage, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Visceral/Neuromeningeal
Manipulation, Connective Tissue Massage, Therapeutic Yoga, and other modalities
may be incorporated into the session, depending upon your needs.
